Loan Signing Fees

• Basic Loan closing up to 150 pages (35 miles round trip): $100.00
• Travel Incentive: $0.50 per extra mile over (“Basic Loan closing”)
• 1st & 2nd Mortgage basic closing (up to 200 pages): $150.00
• Trip fees to pick up or drop off documents only: $50.00 (35 miles round trip)
• Additional Properties (loans) in one closing: $50.00 (each)
• Large Package additional print fee (>150 up to 225 pages): $10.00
• X-Large Package additional print fee (>225 pages): $15.00
• Cancellations: (Print & Trip) $50.00, (Print only) $25.00
